Case Study: Interactive AV Install

One of Essex's largest Primary Schools had a number of new Interactive AV Systems installed during the summer holidays to compliment their existing classroom technology and lesson plans.

The Challenge

Installing the required technologies as efficiently and professionally as possible to provide new AV equipment for their new building and existing classrooms

Our Solution

SignalmanAV installed a number of state of the art SB680 (77" diagonal) SMART interactive white boards. The SMART Board 600 series interactive whiteboard combines a flexible pen-and-finger system with exceptional ease of use. Adaptable, dependable and intuitive, the 600 series has a state-of-the-art design housed in a classic interactive whiteboard styling.

We also moved existing systems to new rooms and provided and installed new Projector ceiling kits together with one of our Projector Maintenance packages. This made sure that all of the schools AV kit was in tip top condition for the new school term.

Each new SB680 SMARTboard installation had a Hitachi CPA222WNM Ultra short throw projector. The light weight and compact CP-A222WNM Ultimate Short Throw projector offers the highest quality images-with a compelling design and low cost of ownership. With the bundled wall mount and optional table top kit you can project onto any new or existing whiteboard, wall or table top. Easy to install and flexible to use with optional wireless networking making the CP-A222WNM the ideal solution for any boardroom environment.

SignalmanAV also provided and installed Active speakers with a wired remote enabling easy volume control access for teachers and an over the top AV faceplate kit to minimise the potential of cables and connectors being damaged.
