SignalmanAV, supply and install a wide range of commercial TV's and displays within a number of different industries. And the great thing about this style of screen is that it can be used in a number of different commercial environments including:
  • Hospitality - Hotels, Restaurants, Bars.
  • NHS
  • Government
  • General Business usage - Boardrooms and Training Rooms
  • Education

As well as commercial screens being more robust, the key difference between going down to your local Argos or Curry's for a TV screen is the warranty offering. TV's brought within these retail environments are for domestic use only. Any domestic screen installed within a commercial environment will not be covered under the manufacturers standard warranty. With a commercial screen, most manufacturers will provide an on site commercial warranty, allowing for technology failures and de/re-install scenarios. Should you be unsure of what type of TV screen your business requires, please contact SignalmanAV and speak with one of our friendly AV project manufacturers.

We supply LCD, energy efficient LED and Plasma TV's of all sizes and accessories
utilising the technologies of many well known manufactures including Philips, LG and Samsung amongst many.

LCD TVs are the most popular type of flat panel HD TV. LCD is the most common type of HD TV and offers the widest array of screen-sizes - from small sub 20-inch televisions to huge big screen TVs. LCD TVs are more efficient than plasma, but not quite as green as LED models

If you like your TVs slim and light, then LED HD TVs fit the bill. In theory the use of LED back lighting should deliver an improved contrast between bright and dark elements of a picture. The benefits are twofold: LED TVs are slimmer and typically more energy efficient than both regular LCD TVs and plasma TVs. LEDs are also more energy efficient than traditional bulbs

PLASMA TV's sport deep blacks and huge screens.Plasma TVs have some key advantages over LCD televisions. They tend to produce deeper blacks and richer colours, have wider viewing angles and typically boast a faster response time. This is the amount of time it takes a pixel to go from black to white and black again, and in theory means the TV should cope with moving images, reducing the chance of blurry or stuttering pictures.

3D isn't new but, inspired by the success of 3D movies at the cinema, the home entertainment industry is set on making 3D TV the next big thing.3D at the cinema has been a runaway success and the major brands in home entertainment are hoping it takes off in the home too. Sky, Samsung, Sony, Panasonic, LG, Toshiba and Philips have invested a lot in 3D.

LG and Samsung are our most popular hospitality brands:

Today, hotel televisions offer more than just a way to catch the evening news. With crystal-clear displays, interactive menus and fast on line connections, hotel TVs now offer a way to stay in touch with those back home, keep to a fitness regimen, check work email, browse the web or watch a streaming video. To help you meet your guests’ unique needs, LG and Samsungs hotel TV collection features advanced LCD, plasma and interactive televisions that are as reliable as they are beautiful.
